Gather for a welcome meeting and tour briefing. The UEFA-certified coaches will provide an overview of the training program and expectations for the week.

Evening: Light Recovery Session & Team Dinner
Kick things off with a light recovery session to shake off any travel fatigue, followed by a team dinner to build camaraderie.

Day 2: Skills Development Training

Morning: Technical Skills Training (4 hours)
Dive into a focused, high-intensity 4-hour technical training session led by UEFA-certified European coaches. This session will emphasize:

• Ball control and first touch
• Passing and receiving under pressure
• Positioning and movement off the ball
• Small-sided games to implement learned skills

Afternoon: Team Building Activity & Recovery
After lunch, enjoy a team-building activity designed to strengthen group dynamics, followed by time for pool recovery or rest.

Evening: Free Time or Explore Dubai Mall
Spend the evening exploring Dubai Mall, the largest shopping mall in the world, where you can visit the Dubai Aquarium or VR Park, or enjoy dinner as a group.

Day 3: Workshop & Local Academy Match 1

Morning: Tactical and Mental Development Workshop (3 hours)
Participate in a comprehensive workshop that focuses on the tactical and mental aspects of football, led by the UEFA coaches. Topics covered will include:

• Game intelligence and decision-making
• Building confidence and resilience on the pitch
• Understanding different tactical formations and strategies

Afternoon: Match 1 vs Local Football Academy
Gear up for your first friendly match against a top Dubai football academy. This match will allow players to implement their training in a competitive setting, giving them valuable international experience.

Evening: Post-Match Analysis & Reflection
Gather for a post-match review session with the coaches, where they will provide constructive feedback and insights on individual and team performances.

Day 4: Skills Refinement & Local Academy Match 2

Morning: Technical Skills Refinement (4 hours)
Return to the training ground for another intensive skills development session. This session will focus on refining techniques learned earlier in the week, with additional emphasis on:

• Shooting accuracy and finishing
• Defensive positioning and tactics
• One-on-one attacking and defending drills

Afternoon: Match 2 vs Local Football Academy
Compete in your second friendly match against another local academy. This match offers a new challenge and an opportunity to measure your progress.

Evening: Rest & Optional City Tour
After a long day, enjoy some downtime or join an optional tour to see Dubai’s iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain.

Day 5: Final Training & Departure

Morning: Final Training Session (2 hours)
Wrap up your Dubai experience with a final training session that brings together all the skills and tactics learned throughout the week. Coaches will focus on team drills and simulate match conditions.

Afternoon: Closing Ceremony & Awards
Celebrate your achievements with a closing ceremony. Certificates and awards will be presented by the UEFA coaches, recognizing outstanding performances and team spirit throughout the trip.

Evening: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your departure, bringing home valuable skills, new friendships, and unforgettable memories of your Dubai football journey.
