Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul
Upon your arrival in Istanbul, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy some leisure time to relax and settle in. In the evening, embark on a scenic Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, where you can savor delicious cuisine while taking in breathtaking views of the city. After the cruise, you will be dropped off back at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Meetings and Leisure
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. You will then have a full day of meetings, complete with two tea/coffee breaks and lunch served at the hotel. After a productive day, enjoy your evening at leisure to explore Istanbul at your own pace. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Meetings and Leisure
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll continue with another full day of meetings, again with two tea/coffee breaks and lunch provided on-site. Spend your evening at leisure, perhaps visiting local attractions or dining at nearby restaurants. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: City Exploration
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before engaging in a half-day meeting, including one tea/coffee break. In the afternoon, embark on a comprehensive city tour that includes visits to some of Istanbul’s most iconic sites: Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. Lunch will be provided during the tour. After the tour, you’ll have leisure time in the evening to explore or dine on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Meetings and Optional Excursion
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel followed by a half-day meeting with one tea/coffee break. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure with the option to have lunch and dinner on your own (meal allowance provided). For those interested, an optional full-day tour to Bursa is available, including lunch.

Day 6: Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and prepare for your departure. You will be dropped off at the airport for your onward journey.
